If you don't care, why should they?



If you want to get things done and you need the help of others....and you are struggling to inspire them or to get them to do what you want...


It is probably because you don't care about them...


You are only seeing them as a tool to get the things done you want...


Sure, you will pay them and give them treats... but you don't really give a toss about them.


Or perhaps you do....


But you are not showing it.... you are not connecting, you are not building the relationships that matter.


Leaders know that when they truly care about their team, their people, that shines through like the brightest diamond in the room...


When other people know, and I mean truly know, that you care about them..... then and only then.... will they care about what you want and need.


This is one of the basic principles of Leadership...


And if you don't care about your team and you are not showing it in the right way, you are nothing more than a boss, a manager or a supervisor...you are nothing more than part of the old archaic industrial age workplace culture... and you will soon be left behind as the new Leaders emerge and connect and take your teams to places you can only dream about.
