How to Use MIDIculous 4.0 to Learn Music Online

Downloading and Installing MIDIculous 4.0
To download MIDIculous 4.0, you need to visit the official website of Gospel Musicians[^2^]. There are three versions of MIDIculous 4.0: Free, Player Expansion, and Pro Expansion. The Free version allows you to load lesson files from teachers and play your keyboard with sounds and instruments. The Player Expansion adds the ability to play MIDI, audio, and video files with pitch and tempo control. The Pro Expansion unlocks all features, including detaching widgets, loading plugins, creating lesson files, and loading in your DAW.
After choosing your version, you need to create an account or log in with your existing account. Then you can download the installer for your operating system (Windows or Mac). Follow the instructions to install MIDIculous 4.0 on your computer.
Loading Media Files
To load media files in MIDIculous 4.0, you need to have the Player Expansion or the Pro Expansion activated. You can load MIDI, audio, or video files by clicking on the File menu and selecting Open File. You can also drag and drop files from your computer to the interface.
When you load a media file, MIDIculous 4.0 will analyze it and display its information on the top bar. You can see the file name, type, size, duration, tempo, key signature, time signature, and loop points. You can also change the pitch, speed, key, and loop points by using the sliders or typing in the values.
If you load a MIDI file, MIDIculous 4.0 will also display the score view, chord view, and instrument view. You can see the notes on the staff, the chord names above the staff, and the animated keyboard below the staff. You can also see the mod wheel, pitch wheel, and sustain pedal animations on the left side of the keyboard.

If you load a video file with video, MIDIculous 4.0 will display a video player above the waveform view. You can see the video image and control its playback by using the buttons below it.
Playing Your Keyboard
To play your keyboard in MIDIculous 4.0, you need to connect it to your computer via USB or MIDI cable. Then you need to go to the Settings menu and select MIDI Devices. You can see a list of available input and output devices on your computer. Select your keyboard as an input device and click OK.
Now you can play your keyboard and hear its sound through MIDIculous 4.0. You can also see your notes on the score view, chord view, instrument view, and waveform view (if applicable). You can also record your performance by clicking on the Record button on the top bar.
You can change the sound of your keyboard by loading plugins in MIDIculous 4.0. To do that, you need to have the Pro Expansion activated.
