Another 5 Â Star review!
This time from Riverina Local Land Services.
I have been working with their executive leadership team on Accountability.
This 3 month project has created great breakthroughs and awesome moments of realisation for all members of the executive leadership team, both individually and as a team.
We have created a strategy that will stand the test of time and set an even higher standard that will ripple out through the teams and their clients for years to come.
Initially, this project was difficult to implement because we were working with such an intangible concept. However, as I assessed the situation the program really came together and a clear plan and objectives were realised and achieved.
Ray and his executive team are extremely proactive, forward thinking and want the very best for their team and their clients. They have been fantastic to work with.
