So many Leaders that I work with through my coaching tell me repeatedly how busy they are and they don't have time to do these observations.

However, when we dive deep into the what they are busy with, it is generally firefighting problems, that if they had paused, taken a step back and observed... They would have seen the problem coming and been able to deal with it before it arrived and turned into a massive problem.
