Leadership is HARD

Leadership is one of the hardest and yet most rewarding roles in the world.

It is one of the hardest because it takes heaps more effort ... and I mean heaps more.... than being a boss, a manager or a supervisor.

Why?

Because a great Leader will see every single person as an individual and they will "lead" them individually too...

The way they speak to them, the way they connect and build their relationships.... will all be uniquely different to everyone else.

This takes a massive amount of time, dedication and effort....

And this is why, we also have a world shortage of Leaders right now.... because most human beings are lazy and will take the path of least resistance.

That path leads to being a boss, a manager or a supervisor.

Thankfully, people are not tolerating the bullshit of bosses, managers and supervisors anymore and are out seeking Leaders, where they know they will be seen, heard, valued and recognised.

This is why we are seeing so much turmoil in the workplace right now.... this is the workforce rejecting bosses, managers and supervisors by leaving where they work and seeking out where the Leaders are.
