As Leaders we often fall into the trap of assuming our team know what we want, how we want it done and the desired outcome.
However, how often do things go "adrift" and time, effort, resources and money is wasted - realigning the team with what we truly want and not what they think we want.
Poor communication costs lots and drives frustration.
High quality questions will help clarify understanding and reduce frustration and wastage.
